Bernard Magee is one of Britain's foremost bridge tutors; he has been leading bridge holidays for over ten years and his reputation continues to grow. His enthusiasm for the game and his patience with all his clients place him a clear level above other bridge personalities.

He is the author of two pieces of interactive software: Acol Bidding and More Acol Bidding; he has written a number of bridge books and a series of videos. He is the bridge consultant for the Mr Bridge organisation, writing regularly within all of their publications. He has also written regular articles for most of the country's bridge magazines.

Bernard is married to Lesley, a pianist, whom he met whilst working on the cruises. The pair of them enjoy music, reading and walking. Their favourite cruise location is St Petersburg: We like it there because of the wonderful architecture and also because of the variety of things you can purchase - from Russian dolls to Russian paintings - we have at least ten works of art waiting to adorn our walls.
